Afghan Family Support

 For the few people from Afghanistan who escaped from Kabul and the Taliban in 2021, we welcome you to Colorado!  We hope we can offer you a new home and community in our city in the Rocky Mountains. 

Over this last year a small group of volunteers in our city have become friends with our new neighbors from Afghanistan. 

We in InnerCHANGE WORKS (ICW) are honored to use this website to introduce you to some of these highly motivated and resilient people. 

Our group of local volunteers have been giving ESL classes to the the parents and the children this last year.  We have taken some of these families to our the beautiful zoo in our city to meet the giraffes, and gorillas and parakeets and animals from all over the world.
